1. Patios require the prior written approval of the ARC.

2. Patios location is limited to rear yards only. Special Situations (i.e., side-load garage homes) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Patios constructed of flagstone, concrete, brick or wood is permitted.

4. Townhomes: Ground level patios may be constructed to the side property lines only if a fence, six feet (6') in height, is constructed along the property lines, the full length of such patio. Any fence is also subject to approval.
